Most clients come to us with a lot of questions—and that’s a good thing. Legal issues are complex, and part of our job is helping you understand what’s going on and what your rights are.

  • Do you charge for consultations?

    In many cases, no. We offer free consultations for most personal injury and accident-related matters. For more complex litigation or family law cases, we may discuss a small consultation fee—but we’ll always be upfront about it.

  • What areas of law do you handle?

    We focus on civil litigation, including personal injury, auto accidents, family law, contract disputes, and banking litigation. If your issue involves a courtroom—or the risk of ending up in one—we’re likely a fit.

  • Do I need a lawyer for my case?

    Not always. But if you’re unsure, a short conversation with us can help you figure it out. We’ll tell you if we don’t think legal representation is necessary.

  • How long will my case take?

    That depends on the type and complexity of your case. Some claims resolve quickly. Others go to trial and take a year or more. Either way, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

  • Will I be dealing with an attorney directly?

    Yes. When you hire us, you work with Richard and Alex directly—not a faceless team or remote office. We’re here, in Georgetown, and we handle your case ourselves.
